Tiny Oil Test and Commissioning for 3x300 MW Indramayu CFSPP Unit 1, Unit 2 and Unit 3

First of all, D&C would like to express the most sincere gratitude for the assistance and support work from PT. PLN, PT. PJB UBJOM and PT. Rekadaya Elektrika, which play a significant role in the successful and completed tiny-oil system installation work at PLTU Indramayu with the high oil saving rate 90%.

After the overhaul in PLTU Indramayu, the tiny-oil system is successfully firing all at single time, completing the entire startup process including the boiler heat up and booster, turbine run up, synchronization and loading up with the stable operation and the oil saving rate of 90%, creating the considerable economic benefits. 
These three startup process verify that the tiny oil system can complete independently boiler cold startup, without any adverse effects on the various systems of unit during the startup process, meanwhile not affecting the existing big oil gun usages.  During startup process, the current of IDF A is. nearly same as the current of IDF B, the  maximum difference is 4 amperes, running normally. During startup process, the gas pressures inlet and outlet of air preheater A and B are normally, the air preheater A and B running normally. The burner D which is opposite of burner A working in normal condition, temperature maintain in reasonable scope, tiny oil system no bad effect to the original system but support the combustion effective. Follow the new way to operate coal mill has improved the working condition, even though in minimum coal flow (10 t/h) the equipment still running stable and normal. 

Furthermore, by replacing the nozzle of different sizes for the tiny oil system, the combustion of different coal type can be realized. 
Tiny-oil Ignition System performance and design of every system comply with all the relevant standards. According to the newest tiny oil system running SOP to startup boiler  normally, it will gain profit as much as possible. All the relevant equipment and system are in good and stable condition, and meet the condition of handing over to the Owner.
