Through the theoretical and practical operation trainings based on the 300MW / 125MW Coal-fired Power Plant, the trainees are expected to:
- Be familiar with thermal Power Plant Main equipment and systems
- Understand basic operation principles of Thermal Power Plant main equipment and systems
- Be familiar with the composition and operation theories of the Power Plant main equipment
- and system， able to learn the technical data independently
- Improve the operators’ ability to prejudge the thermal power plant operation or equipment
- faults; enhance the operators’ skills in analyzing and solving problems etc.
- Improve the unit integrated control ability of the operators.
